Dear Jasmina

This is a sneak peek into Marie-Hélène’s room, now that a new window is installed and the curtains are up! We’re so delighted with the result… Thank-you Aunt Sue!

Marie-Hélène, since drinking from the bottle has been gaining weight like never before… In the last week she’s half a pound heavier! We suspect she’s trying to catch up and feel terrible that all this time, she might have been chronically underfed. Of course, I’ve written more than one letter in my head to our regional health nurse who persisted in saying that our cutie was getting enough… or was small like us… or was just an efficient eater. Such is life. Our little piggie is happy, and so are we!
